Overview The Sanders Agency and the Weiner Group of Equis Financial are seeking a driven and coachable individual who is ready to start getting paid what they are worth. You will become your own boss in an expanding market and can work full time or part time. If you don’t have an insurance license, we will support you through the licensure process.
Key Features
This is a sales position with an incredible commission structure.
NO COLD CALLING—only individuals who have requested our help will be contacted.
We have a streamlined lead generation system; these individuals are qualified buyers with a need for our product.
This is a 100% commission-based business with no cap on income.
You can earn raises every 2–3 months.
Set your own schedule and be your own boss.
Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a motivated, disciplined, entrepreneurial person who wants to remove the cap on income. The role can be part time or full time, and the candidate should want to be paid what they are worth. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be coachable for improvement, and be willing to invest in themselves.
What We Do
We offer a living benefit life insurance product that provides access to the death benefit without the need to die. This product is a key differentiator in the market.
We train people to distribute this product in their local communities. We offer exclusive, highly qualified direct mail leads to agents who participate in our lead program.
NO COLD CALLING NECESSARY . There are no limits on lead distribution; we can also train you to sell without using the lead program.
We work with top-rated carriers offering these living benefit products and have proprietary products with GPM. This positioning supports easier deal closing with competitive pricing.
Compensation details are provided by the carriers via direct deposit. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Compensation
The average advanced commission on one sale is $500; total commissions per sale average $700.
Compensation comes directly from the insurance carriers as direct deposit to your bank account.
This is a 1099 position with 100% commission.
Training All new agents are trained by Ty Sanders in conjunction with Matthew Weiner. Examples of Matthew’s career progression are shared to illustrate potential growth in this role.
Qualifications
Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license.
Clean criminal background.
Be personable and have a willingness to serve clients.
What You Should Know
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Compensation is 100% commission.
