This role focuses on delivering innovative health insurance solutions to large, complex accounts, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge with exceptional sales acumen to achieve revenue and retention goals./ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pulliDevelop and implement sales strategies to retain and grow large complex, multi-state accounts and achieve revenue targets./liliLead complex renewal negotiations ensuring competitive and compliant offerings for large employers, consultants, and strategic partners./liliDrive growth through consultative selling and solution-based approaches./liliServe as a trusted advisor to national accounts, providing consultative guidance on health insurance offerings./liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, benefits leaders, consultants, and key stakeholders./liliConduct strategic business reviews and deliver insights to optimize client outcomes./liliEnsure seamless onboarding and delivery of services across multiple regions./liliIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services./liliPartner with internal teams (Underwriting, Product Development, Compliance, and Operations) to design tailored solutions that meet evolving client needs./liliCoordinate across teams to ensure consistent service delivery./liliMonitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics at a national level./liliMaintain accurate pipeline and performance reporting using CRM tools./liliTrack retention metrics, renewal rates, and client satisfaction scores./liliProvide insights and recommendations based on client feedback and market trends./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, related field or equivalent work experience./lili5+ years in health insurance sales, with at least 3 years in national or enterprise-level accounts./liliProven success in managing large complex accounts and achieving sales goals./liliExceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills./liliStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities./liliExcellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences./liliStrong ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies./liliDeep knowledge of health insurance products, compliance requirements, and market trends./liliProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite./liliCandidates must possess active PA State Accident
