Bist du ein Macher, der Software-Projekte nicht nur plant, sondern von der ersten Analyse bis zur erfolgreichen Schulung persönlich ins Ziel führt?
Wir suchen einen lösungsorientierten Implementierungs-Spezialisten, der unsere Applikation tiefgreifend versteht und sie passgenau in die Prozesse unserer Kunden integriert. Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt beim Kunden vor Ort und im Büro. Da wir als innovative Marktführerin AI-Technologien bereits heute produktiv einsetzen, bringst du zusätzlich die Neugier mit, unsere Software mittels AI-gestützter Ansätze punktuell noch effizienter für den Kunden zu gestalten.
Deine Aufgaben (Impact & Verantwortung)
End-to-End Implementation: Du verantwortest die Einführung unserer Software bei Neukunden von A bis Z. Das beinhaltet die Anforderungsanalyse, die technische Parametrierung und den produktiven Rollout.
System-Konfiguration: Du tauchst tief in die Applikation ein und konfigurierst das System so, dass es den individuellen Business-Nutzen unserer Kunden maximal steigert.
Befähigung & Training: Du führst professionelle Anwenderschulungen durch und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden die Lösung sicher und effizient bedienen können.
Prozessoptimierung mit AI: Wo Standardlösungen an Grenzen stossen, prüfst du den Einsatz von AI-Modulen. Du erstellst Konzepte oder einfache Prototypen, um aufzuzeigen, wie AI spezifische Kundenprobleme lösen kann.
Schnittstellenfunktion: Du bist die Stimme des Kunden gegenüber unserer Entwicklung und bereitest Anforderungen (auch für AI-Erweiterungen) strukturiert für das Product-Team auf.
Dein Profil
Must-haves
Macher-Mentalität: Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik und konntest bereits Erfahrung in der Software-Implementation oder im IT-Consulting sammeln.
Freude am Kundenkontakt: Du liebst es, Prozesse zu analysieren, technische Konzepte verständlich zu erklären und Projekte eigenverantwortlich zum Erfolg zu führen.
Technisches Flair: Du arbeitest dich gerne tief in Software-Logiken ein. Begriffe wie Automatisierung und AI sind für dich spannende Werkzeuge, die du zielgerichtet für echte Kundenprobleme einsetzt.
Werte-Match: Du arbeitest hochprofessionell, schätzt den Zusammenhalt im Team und bringst eine gesunde Portion Begeisterung für moderne IT-Lösungen mit.
Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch ist Voraussetzung; Englischkenntnisse sind für den Austausch in der Gruppe und technische AI-Themen wichtig.
