Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP (SFG) integrates expertise in trading, research, and sales to provide value to our client base of mutual funds, hedge funds, and pension/endowment funds.
As a member of our Derivatives Sales Trading team, you will engage directly with clients, execute order flow, and provide market-driven insights. This role involves close collaboration with our derivatives trading, strategy, market intelligence, and equity research teams.
What we're looking for
* Bachelor's or Master's degree required * 2 to 5 years of experience in sales trading, ideally with a focus on derivatives * Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities * Deep understanding of options pricing, volatility modeling, and derivatives markets * Expertise in examining volatility surfaces, skew, term structures, and other critical options metrics to inform trading decisions * Ability to evaluate market trends, interpret options flows and positioning, and assess strategy feasibility * Experience with Python, SQL, or VBA preferred * Proven ability to build and foster strong, collaborative relationships with institutional clients and internal counterparts * Client-focused mindset with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to contribute across projects and workstreams * An ideal candidate has strong ambition, a willingness to take initiative, and a desire to continuously learn * Possession of SIE, Series 7 and Series 63, or the ability to obtain all licenses within four months of hire, required * Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future

The annual base pay range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000 + discretionary bonus + benefits. Susquehanna considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, work experience, education/training, key skills, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
