Clinical Outreach Specialist
Your role involves book of business required and experience in healthcare sales or outreach. Your territory is a 30-minute radius around our Carlsbad location. The purpose of your role is to increase patient admissions through strong partnerships with healthcare providers and other referral sources. Success indicators/KPIs include meetings, tours, hosted events, revenue goal for your assigned area designated by Outreach Leadership, and daily goal setting and reporting of KPIs to the Outreach team and leadership. Core competencies include interpersonal communication, prospecting, relationship building, data management, and objection handling. Core responsibilities involve prospecting and educating referral sources, engagement and relationship management, outreach and admissions, data management, partnership development, territory and activity management, community engagement and education, and team support. The skills and expertise you have include proven ability to manage and cultivate relationships effectively, exceptional sales skills and techniques, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications, accurate and efficient electronic data entry, punctuality, high organization, detail orientation, proactiveness, strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, comfort thriving in dynamic work environments, and a collaborative and team-oriented approach to work. Requirements include a minimum of 1 year in a healthcare sales or outreach role, an active book of business, and must drive a personal vehicle for community outreach activities. Preferred qualifications include experience in the mental health field, history of achieving goals in referral generation efforts, proficiency in CRM and EMR software, and a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
