You will engage in outbound + inbound focused sales and marketing efforts to potential clients. You develop and manage your own sales pipeline, appointments, and contract negotiations. Leads are provided by a variety of marketing efforts, existing client upgrades, and our lead development team./ph3Qualifications/h3pJob Duties/Responsibilities:/pulliFielding inbound + outbound calls./liliInitiating contact with leads via phone call and email to qualify, present our product, and close a sale./liliManaging the sales process from lead to close./liliContinuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data in Salesforce (CRM)./liliIdentifying, qualifying maximizing sales opportunities./liliNegotiating contracts/liliExecuting Consensus sales methodology to investigate and identify customers needs and determine solutions./liliAchieving monthly sales quotas./li/ulpQualifications:/pulli(Required) Minimum of three years sales experience/liliSalesforce experience and or comparable CRM/liliKnowledge and experience with Excel./liliExperience with Zoom or comparable video calls platform./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport quickly by phone or email./liliYou must be competitive, organized, self-motivated and have a desire for career advancement./liliAbility to quickly learn and understand all aspects of new products, technologies, and offerings./liliExperience delivering web presentations to individuals as well as groups at the management and executive level./li/ulpOther:/pulliBackground check will be required./liliWebcam meetings required during training and other meetings./liliFully Remote WFH position/liliW2 employment/li/ulpTechnical Requirements:/pulliMacBook or Chromebook or a Windows PC with Windows 10 or higher (no tablets)/liliLaptops are okay, but a mouse is required/liliUSB headset with noise-canceling microphone required (no Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack)/liliGoogle Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari installed as a browser/liliHigh-Speed Internet ( 10 Mbps download /10 Mbps upload)/liliRecommended hardwired into the internet via ethernet cable for faster speeds/liliProcessor: semi-recent multi-core processors; Intel i3 6300 / AMD R5 1600 recommended/liliRAM: 4+ Gb recommended/li/ulpRate:/ppHourly position of $15.00 with opportunity of commission./ppSchedule:/ppSet Schedule for Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm PST and 10am-6:30pm EST./ppThere will be one week of initial paid training with the same schedule./p/div
