OnPoint CX Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 sales agents in our Henderson office.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys driving results, developing talent, and building high-performing sales teams. You'll work directly with agents on the sales floor, providing coaching, call support, and real-time feedback while helping your team achieve and exceed sales goals.

Why Join OnPoint CX Solutions? $700/week salary Weekly pay Performance bonus opportunities Team expansion bonus opportunities Leadership development and advancement opportunities High-energy, team-oriented sales environment Direct impact on team performance and company growth What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 8 sales agents Monitor live and recorded calls and provide real-time coaching Assist agents with objection handling and closing sales Hold team members accountable for attendance, productivity, KPIs, and sales goals Track daily and weekly team performance metrics Identify coaching and training opportunities to improve results Communicate team performance updates and recommendations to leadership Foster a positive, competitive, and performance-driven team culture Support future team growth and development initiatives What We're Looking For Strong sales experience required Previous leadership, floor lead, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable providing real-time feedback and support in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience using CRM systems, call center software, and multiple computer applications Reliable, accountable, and results-driven mindset Open availability required; schedules may vary based on business needs.
