Unser IT-Bereich gliedert sich in die strategischen und operativen Abteilungen Support, Systemmanagement, Entwicklung & Projekte. Mit mehr als 40 Kollegen* betreiben wir einerseits eine komplexe IT-Infrastruktur und unterstützen das Unternehmen andererseits durch innovative Lösungen und Softwareentwicklungen. Dabei sind wir in kleine, mittlere und große strategische Projekte verschiedenster Fachbereiche, wie z. B. dem Supply Chain Management oder dem Controlling, involviert.
Als Teil des Teams „Cloud-Infrastruktur und Operative Security“ kümmerst du dich mit den Kollegen um den Betrieb, die Weiterentwicklung und die Absicherung der Cloud-Plattformen und der hybriden Sicherheitsarchitektur. Ihr stellt die Lauffähigkeit der Security-Systeme und der Cloud-Umgebung sicher und tragt maßgeblich zu deren Schutz bei. Ihr seid aktiv in das Security Incident Response eingebunden. Im Team überwacht ihr die Security Compliance und prüft die Wirksamkeit getroffener Maßnahmen. Dabei arbeitet ihr eng mit dem CISO und anderen IT-Teams zusammen.
- Operativer Betrieb, die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Azure‑Infrastruktur, der Microsoft‑365‑Umgebung und Endpoint‑Security‑Lösungen
- Evaluierung, Bewertung und Einführung neuer Cloud‑ und On‑Prem‑Security‑Technologien
- Planung und Umsetzung von Cloud‑Migrationen
- Cloud-Backup und Disaster Recovery für Cloud-Workloads
- Aktive Mitarbeit beim Incident Response der Cloud‑ und Security‑Umgebungen
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Optimierung sicherheitsrelevanter Konfigurationen und Maßnahmen
- 2nd-Level-Support für die betreuten Systeme
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud‑Ökosystemen wie Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 und Entra ID
- Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Cloud‑Security, einschließlich Conditional Access, MFA, Azure Information Protection sowie Cloud‑Backup‑ und Disaster‑Recovery‑Konzepten
- Verständnis für Cloud‑Architekturen und deren technische Umsetzung, z. B. mit Infrastructure as Code (IaC) und Container‑Technologien wie Docker oder Kubernetes
- Erfahrungen mit On‑Prem‑Security‑Themen, z. B. Endpoint‑Security und Vulnerability‑Management
- Grundkenntnisse gängiger IT‑ und Security‑Frameworks wie ISO 27001, ITIL oder BSI
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
