We work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business to connect real user needs to simple, consistent, and scalable solutions. As a Product Designer, you help materialize this ambition in every product decision. You investigate problems, design journeys and interfaces, test hypotheses, use data, and take care of the quality of the experience from start to finish — from main flows to the details that make a difference when the product needs to function well at scale. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on the ERP of Loft, one of the most strategic products for the evolution of our SaaS for real estate agencies. We are building a solution from scratch to support the complete management of leases, connecting registration, contracts, billing, disbursements, financial routines, tax, automations, and integrations in a simpler, more reliable, and scalable experience. The Challenges You Will Face
Map, design, and evolve flows of contracts, billing, disbursements, delinquencies, renewals, and financial routines; Transform financial, tax, contractual, and operational rules into simple, reliable, and scalable experiences; Create robust flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for alignment, validation, and implementation; Conduct discovery, interviews, usability tests, and behavior analyses with real estate agencies; Work in partnership with Product and Engineering to build viable solutions, well implemented and connected to the business strategy; Identify opportunities to connect Loft's financial solutions to the ERP journey; Support the discovery of new financial products from real customer pain points; Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize improvements, measure impact, and refine decisions; Utilize AI to accelerate exploration, synthesis, prototyping, and documentation with quality. What You Need To Turn The Key?
Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products, working from start to finish with PM and Engineering; Autonomy to conduct medium/high complexity problems, structuring hypotheses, solutions, and success criteria; Strong repertoire in information architecture, complex flows, and journeys; Experience with robust interfaces, considering states, permissions, responsiveness, accessibility, and consistency; Practice with qualitative research, usability tests, and hypothesis validation; Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to support design decisions; Good communication and documentation to align stakeholders and ensure efficient handoffs; Maturity to act in ambiguous contexts, combining zero to one construction, product evolution, and legacy; Minimum suggested experience of 5 years as a Product Designer in digital products; Minimum experience of 5 years acting as a Product Designer in digital products. Differentials: Previous experience with the real estate market; Experience with financial products, payments, billing, disbursement, or delinquencies; Experience with ERP, backoffice, or complex operational products; Familiarity with integrations, APIs, CNAB, or banking infrastructure; Experience with automations, AI applied to product, or operational effort reduction; Experience with B2B products for clients of different sizes and maturity levels.
