Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who supports and coordinates activities of relevant commercial stakeholders to develop new short/long term business opportunities and directly support certain key accounts. Responsibilities include: Giving more autonomy to rep organizations to build their own future with support and training. Engaging rep companies with local distributors and promoting joint efforts. Promoting quick access and exchanges directly with Radiall resources. Working alongside Inside Sales by providing target pricing and recommendations. Monitoring high-visibility and special project opportunities to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Obtaining market information that may benefit the local business and sharing it as needed. Understanding the customer strategy and relaying that information to Randall's co-workers. Supporting efforts of Business Development managers and following up on their requests. Qualifications include: Bachelor's Degree; experience may substitute for some of the above education. Advanced-Level: 5+ years of relevant work experience, technical or managerial experience. Specific job skills, specialized knowledge or certifications include: Conducting comprehensive analyses to understand and address customer needs. Managing contract progression, including negotiation and ensuring timely execution. Developing and executing sales action plans to target key customers and opportunities. Identifying business opportunities and potential areas for growth within accounts. Overseeing customer sourcing and account management, maintaining strong client relationships. Applying industry knowledge to understand company markets and the industries of assigned customers. Delivering timely, responsive, and effective customer service, addressing concerns and managing expectations. Pursuing strategic business development opportunities, including partnerships and new markets. Communicating the strategic and financial value of offerings through value-based selling. Travel: 6 - 15%
