Let’s cut straight to the chase. Most "Content Manager" positions on the market are highly ambiguous, unstructured roles. They attract people who want to sit around, post pretty pictures on Instagram, chase vanity metrics, and hide behind vague terms like "vibes" and "creative freedom."

We don't track activities; we track *outcomes*.
We have spent two decades building a world-class DTC engine. We have already established clear playbooks, solid SOPs, and an incredibly talented *production and video editing back office*.
We do not need you to sit behind a computer screen editing videos for 8 hours a day. The factory is already built. We need a *Conductor for the Symphony*. We need an operational leader who can capture raw assets in our house studio, use advanced AI workflows to construct flawless creative briefs, orchestrate our offshore team to maximum efficiency, and obsessively optimize our output to drive DTC revenue.
*The Reprogramming and Compensation Reality:* We know that great leaders aren't born—they are forged. You will start at a base of *$60,000* while we systematically integrate/teach you into our high-performance culture and proprietary leadership framework. Once you hit your clear, objective performance metrics at Day 90, your base automatically steps up to *$72,500*. If you don't hit those objectives, you don't get the raise, and you won’t remain on the team.
Furthermore, we do not believe in siloed incentives. No one person wins alone here; we win together or we lose together. All employees participate in a maximum *20% corporate bonus* when the company crosses our EBITDA organizational targets. If your content drives direct, high-margin DTC conversions, the company’s bottom line grows, and _everyone_ gets paid. If you want skin in the game with a true team, this is it.
*The Passive AI Trap Warning:* If your idea of content management is dumping a prompt into ChatGPT, copying the first response, and passing it off to an editor without a single thought about how to make it better, you will last less than 30 days here. We use AI to accelerate our output, not to substitute for critical thinking.

*Outcomes You Will Own:*
* *Orchestrate the Production Engine:* You will take raw on-site photo and video captures and turn them into hyper-detailed, turnaround-ready creative briefs. You will lead and direct our back office editors, ensuring they are always fully utilized, perfectly instructed, and delivering exceptional quality edits.
* *Govern the Content Supply Chain:* You will have total sovereignty over the content archive (Google Drive) and publishing schedule (Notion). You will ensure zero gaps in our daily posting schedule, maintaining an error-free publishing rhythm backed by a permanent, rolling 2-week buffer of approved assets.
* *Defeat the Performance Control:* You aren’t content creating for views; you are content creating for conversions. You will actively look at performance metrics (hook rates, hold rates, CTR, and CPA targets) alongside executive leadership. You will use that data to run deliberate, weekly creative variable tests, intentionally engineering content formats to beat our historical performance baselines.
* *Embody Radical Accountability:* If an asset drops late, or a video comes back from editing looking mediocre, you don’t point fingers or blame the offshore team. You practice blameless problem-solving, identify the root cause, fix the instruction brief, and protect the standards of our brand footprint.

* *An Operational Conductor:* You have a great eye for short-form and long-form visual storytelling, but your true superpower is your operational discipline, project management speed, and ability to keep a team moving.
* *An Elite Director:* You know how to give clear, unambiguous feedback and instructions. You notice when details are missed, and you possess the professional backbone to reject mediocre work instantly.
* *Obsessively Organized:* You naturally view an un-categorized Google Drive, a messy folder nomenclature, or an incomplete content calendar as an absolute operational emergency.
* *A Data-Fluent Creative:* You don't guess what content is good; you read the data. You understand what a "hook rate" or a "click-through rate" means, and you look at spreadsheets to decide what video to shoot next.
