About
Pour notre le service de facturation du siège administratif suisse basé à Fribourg, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) :
Gestionnaire de facturation à 80-100%
Vos tâches principales :
S'assurer de l'exhaustivité et de l’adéquation du codage médical des prestations ambulatoires
Suivi des demandes des assureurs et contentieux sur les prestations facturées.
Gestion des contentieux : traitement des litiges avec les assureurs et les patients, collaboration avec les sociétés de recouvrement.
Contrôle qualité des factures.
Maîtrise des systèmes de facturation médicale : Opale, xPlore, etc.
Suivi et analyse financière : reporting journalier et mensuel, aging report, clôture comptable.
Vous êtes au bénéfice d’un CFC d’employé de commerce ou dans le domaine médical.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience dans un service de facturation dans un hôpital ou une clinique, chez un prestataire de soins privé ou dans une assurance maladie.
Vous bénéficiez d’une connaissance approfondie des réglementations suisses : TARDOC, LAMal, LAA.
Vous êtes une personnalité rigoureuse, précise, qui prend des initiatives et avez une communication aisée avec les différents partenaires (assurances, patients, centres de soins).
Langue maternelle française avec de bonnes connaissances d’allemand et d’anglais.
