About
Als Continuous Improvement Specialist ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programma op onze locatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verder opzetten, verdiepen en borgen van TPM en vervult daarnaast een sleutelrol binnen een organisatiebreed verbeterprogramma, gericht op focused improvement/procesverbetering en het structureel verbeteren van prestaties op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid, kosten en energie.
In deze rol combineer je het coördineren van TPM met het aanjagen en coördineren van verbeterinitiatieven. Je zorgt voor samenhang, voortgang en resultaat, waarbij de verantwoordelijkheid voor projectadministratie bij de afzonderlijke projectteams ligt.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Aanjagen en coördineren van het TPM‑programma en de bijbehorende pijlers;
- Initiëren, begeleiden en borgen van focused improvement‑initiatieven;
- Stimuleren van eigenaarschap en continu verbeteren binnen de organisatie;
- Coachen en ondersteunen van pilaarleiders, teams en leidinggevenden;
- Trainen en begeleiden van medewerkers in TPM‑ en verbetermethodieken (zoals Kaizen);
- Faciliteren van analyses, visualisaties en standaardisatie om structurele verbeteringen te realiseren;
- Monitoren van voortgang, KPI’s en resultaten en hierover rapporteren;
- Signaleren van knelpunten in processen en organisatie en meedenken over duurzame oplossingen;
- Voorzitten en organiseren van TPM‑overleggen en bijdragen aan stuurgroepen.
Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Plantmanager.
Wat neem je mee?- Hbo werk- en denkniveau met bij voorkeur een afgeronde hbo‑opleiding (bijvoorbeeld Technische Bedrijfskunde) en ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving met het implementeren en borgen van verbeterprogramma’s;
- Bij voorkeur beschik je over gedegen kennis en praktijkervaring met TPM en verbetermethodieken zoals WCOM, Lean en/of Six Sigma;
- Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden, met het vermogen om mensen mee te nemen in verandering en eigenaarschap te stimuleren;
- Een analytische, resultaatgerichte en gestructureerde manier van werken, met oog voor KPI’s, voortgang en borging;
- Ervaring met projectmatig werken, prioriteren, kennisoverdracht en het ondersteunen van cultuur- en gedragsverandering.
Op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring bieden we het volgende:
- salaris tussen de €4.700,- tot €6.100,- bruto per maand o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek
- Uitstekende pensioenregeling, zeer lage werknemersbijdrage van 3%
- Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%
- 25 vakantiedagen en 23 ADV-dagen welke je kan opnemen of (deels) laten uitbetalen.

- Je leren kennen

- Het eerste gesprek
In het eerste gesprek kom je in contact met jouw mogelijk toekomstige manager en uiteraard is er iemand van HR aanwezig om je als persoon wat beter te leren kennen.
- Assessment
Mogelijk is een assessment onderdeel van de procedure. Hierin wordt er gekeken hoe je met bepaalde praktijksituaties om zou gaan. Vaak kan het assessment vanuit huis worden gemaakt, soms rond je deze voor aanvang van het 2e gesprek op locatie af.
- Het tweede gesprek
Wat goed je bent nog in de procedure! Tijdens dit gesprek gaan we nog wat dieper op de zaken in. Daarnaast willen ook deze personen je nog wat beter leren kennen, zodat we zeker weten dat we een mooie match hebben.
