About
Dans ce rôle clé, vous jouerez un rôle direct dans la qualité et la sécurité de nos réalisations, en relevant des défis techniques stimulants au sein d'un environnement en constante évolution.
Votre rôleRelevant du Directeur Qualité, vous serez responsable d'effectuer des inspections de haute précision à l'aide de technologies avancées en ultrason (phased array), tout en assurant la conformité aux normes ASME et SNTC.
Votre quotidien
- Effectuer l'inspection visuelle des soudures selon les exigences des plans;
- Préparer les surfaces pour les essais non destructifs;
- Réaliser des inspections par ultrason (phased array);
- Interpréter les résultats et identifier les défauts, au besoin;
- Rédiger des rapports d'inspection clairs et rigoureux;
- Effectuer des essais complémentaires (particules magnétiques (MT) et liquides pénétrants (PT);
- Se déplacer entre différentes installations (si applicable);
- Collaborer avec les équipes de production et d'ingénierie;
- Respecter rigoureusement les normes de santé et sécurité au travail;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée au poste.
Profil recherché
- Certification CGSB niveau II en essais non destructifs;
- Certification en ultrason (UT) et phased array (PAUT) (CGSB, ASME ou équivalent);
- Certification SNT-TC-1A en radiographie (atout);
- Capacité à exécuter l'ensemble des tâches de manière autonome;
- Excellente capacité d'analyse et sens aigu de l'observation;
- Rigueur, autonomie et débrouillardise;
- Bonne productivité et souci du détail;
- Capacité à lire et rédiger en français et en anglais;
- Formation d'opérateur de pont roulant (atout, ou offerte à l'interne).
