We’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our world‑class team and help bring our industry‑leading bot management and fraudulent account platform to life for customers across the globe. You’ll be the technical powerhouse behind our sales efforts, showing large organizations how Kasada stops malicious automation before it starts.
As a trusted technical advisor, you’ll guide customers from their first demo to full deployment, helping them unlock the full value of Kasada. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Security Operations, and Customer Success teams ensuring every customer has a seamless and impactful experience. This role is remote‑first with occasional travel to events or customer sites across the U.S. To best align with customers, candidates should be based on the West Coast or operate in Pacific Standard Time.
What You’ll Do
Be the go-to technical expert for Kasada’s platform for bot detection and fraudulent account creation.
Deliver compelling, story‑driven demos that bring the technology to life.
Own proof‑of‑concept (PoC) engagements from scoping and setup through to successful validation.
Translate complex security concepts into clear business value for a diverse customer base.
Connect the dots for customers and prospects to see how automation and fraudulent accounts are used to drive negative business outcomes.
Empower customers and internal teams through technical training and enablement.
About You
You’re endlessly curious, technically sharp, and always looking for better ways to solve problems.
Expert‑level understanding of HTTP and the technologies powering modern web applications.
Strong debugging skills with browser developer tools and network analyzers.
Solid grasp of layer 4 and 7 networking (load balancing, reverse proxies). Comfortable working with CDN platforms such as CloudFront, Cloudflare, or Akamai.
Deep understanding of web application architecture and development.
Experience working with either fraud or security teams is a plus.
You excel at connecting with customers, delivering exceptional experiences, and helping them succeed.
$160,000 - $200,000 a year
