Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Hauptstandort in Griesheim (bei Darmstadt) suchen wir ab sofort einen Senior Contract Manager (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.
In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die strategische Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer wichtigsten Großkundenverträge. Du bist verantwortlich für die Verhandlung, Gestaltung und Umsetzung komplexer Vertragsstrukturen und trägst maßgeblich zur langfristigen Kundenentwicklung sowie zum Unternehmenserfolg bei. Dabei genießt du einen hohen Entscheidungsspielraum und gestaltest aktiv die strategische Ausrichtung unseres Vertragsmanagements.

Was erwartet Dich ?
- Eigenverantwortliches Management und Steuerung von 2 bis 5 strategischen Großkundenverträgen mit hoher wirtschaftlicher Relevanz
- Verhandlung, Ausarbeitung und Abschluss von Verträgen – von der ersten Konzeptphase bis zur finalen Umsetzung
- Strategische Entwicklung und Steuerung der Kundenbeziehungen über den gesamten Vertragslebenszyklus hinweg
- Anwendung von Vertragssprache zur Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Verträgen
- Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer Key Account Kunden im Rahmen unserer Unternehmensstrategie
- Analyse individueller Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Vertragslösungen
- Erstellung und Präsentation überzeugender Angebote auf Basis fundierter Markt- und Bedarfsanalysen
- Direkte Verantwortung für Vertragsentscheidungen
- Aktive Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung, um Trends und Chancen frühzeitig zu identifizieren
Was bringst Du mit ?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.B. im Speditionsbereich
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Vertragsmanagement, idealerweise im Key Account Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsfreude und unternehmerisches Denken
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung innerhalb der Kontraktlogistikbranche bzw. mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Kunden
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Vertragssprache zur Vertragsvorbereitung
- Erhöhte Reisebereitschaft
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
