Studibo draagt bij aan het succes van de labels door het bieden van professionele ondersteuning.
Functieomschrijving Wat je bij ons doet
Als Accountant speel je een actieve rol in de verdere uitbouw van Studibo.
Jouw takenpakket:
Controle van de kosten ter voorbereiding van de maand, inclusief het elimineren van intercompany-bewerkingen;
Voorbereiden van maand- en jaarafsluitingen, inclusief het boeken van afschrijvingen en het aanleggen van provisies;
Ondersteuning bij de opmaak van kwartaal rapporteringen en financiële analyses;
Actieve bijdrage aan de jaarafsluiting en ondersteuning bij externe audits;
Meewerken aan de integratie van nieuwe overnames en het implementeren van bijhorende financiële processen;
Actieve deelname aan diverse finance-projecten binnen de organisatie;
Fungeren als back-up voor collega’s tijdens hun afwezigheid;
Samenwerken met verschillende labels om processen te structureren en te optimaliseren;
Uitvoeren van een gevarieerd takenpakket met ruimte voor initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid en professionele groei.
Het is een functie waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor de algemene boekhouding binnen Studibo.
Je rapporteert aan de CFO.
Profiel Jouw profiel
We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van een duurzame omgeving :
Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een economische richting (zoals Accountancy-Fiscaliteit), of heeft gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd;
Liefst met 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare accountingfunctie;
Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail en een duidelijke voorkeur voor planning;
Combineren van een hands-on mentaliteit met een proactieve aanpak;
Je toont affiniteit met financiële systemen en denkt actief mee over procesoptimalisatie;
Je communiceert vlot in het Frans ;
Voelt zich comfortabel in een dynamische en snel veranderende werkomgeving;
Ervaring met Business Central is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste — interne opleiding wordt voorzien.
