South Arlington Animal Clinic is actively seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our established small animal general practice in Arlington, Texas. Located in south-central Arlington, our clinic takes a thoughtful, relationship-based approach to veterinary medicine-allowing our team the time needed to deliver exceptional care while ensuring clients feel heard, valued, and supported.
About the Role
As our practice continues to grow, we're seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about small animal medicine, client communication, and team collaboration. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who values personalized care, enjoys building client relationships, and is eager to contribute to a positive clinic culture.

Ideal Candidate
  • DVM/VMD from an accredited program
  • Licensed (or eligible) in Texas with ability to obtain a DEA license
  • Experienced veterinarians preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship provided
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Passion for team development, teaching, and continuous learning
  • Interest in future leadership or Medical Director growth is a plus
