Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines Helpdesk-Teams in der Region EMEA
- Die Verantwortung für eine störungsfreie Bereitstellung der End User Services liegt bei Ihnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Team
- Sie stellen die vollständige Bearbeitung und Lösung aller eingehenden IT-Tickets sicher und arbeiten dabei eng mit relevanten Fachabteilungen zusammen
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
- Sie analysieren bestehende Service-Desk-Prozesse, treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran und leiten Optimierungsmaßnahmen daraus ab
- In globalen Projekten und Initiativen wirken Sie aktiv mit und unterstützen die Einführung sowie Umsetzung einheitlicher Standards
Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium der Informatik, Softwaretechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise im Helpdesk oder Support, bringen Sie mit und kennen typische Serviceprozesse sicher
- Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung konnten Sie bereits sammeln und entwickeln Teams zielgerichtet weiter
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen sowie End-User Hard- und Software zeichnen Sie aus und ermöglichen Ihnen eine effiziente Problemanalyse
- Sie überzeugen durch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
- Ihr Durchsetzungsvermögen, Ihre Teamfähigkeit und Ihre Führungskompetenz bringen Sie ein und arbeiten sich schnell in neue Themen sowie IT-Infrastruktur- und ITIL-Prozesse ein
Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium der Informatik, Softwaretechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
