About
- Négocier les conditions d’achats (prix, délais, modalités de paiement, transport, rabais etc.)
- Placer les commandes d’achats auprès des fournisseurs.
- Analyser et réviser les messages MRP.
- Négocier la gestion des retours avec les fournisseurs.
- Coordonner et faire le suivi de tous les transports entrants terrestres, aériens et maritimes, suivre et repérer la marchandise.
- Consolider et négocier les livraisons avec les transporteurs.
- S’assurer de faire dédouaner la marchandise.
- Faire la demande annuellement des certificats d’origine et des codes HS aux fournisseurs et les classer dans le système.
- Rechercher des nouveaux fournisseurs selon l’analyse des spécifications et des contraintes.
- Prioriser ou différer les demandes d’approvisionnement (extérieur à la fenêtre d’ordonnancement).
- Participer au processus d'évaluation des fournisseurs
- Suivre les réceptions et envois de containers maritimes et aériens.
- Supporter l’acheteur dans les divers besoins en logistique.
- Collaborer avec les départements internes et le coordonnateur des achats.
- Proposer des idées pour améliorer la rotation des stocks
- Proposer des idées pour réduire les inventaires sans risquer d'impacter les clients.
