This is not a passive account management rolethis is a true sales position for someone who thrives on building a pipeline, getting in front of decision-makers, and closing opportunities. Youll be expected to own your territory, create momentum, and drive revenue through consistent activity, strong relationships, and relentless follow-up. If youre competitive, confident, and motivated by results, this is the role for you./ppOwn and grow commercial revenue within your territory/ppProspect daily through cold calls, drop-ins, networking, and referrals/ppBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities/ppGet in front of property managers, facility managers, and insurance professionals/ppCreate urgency and move opportunities from first contact to closed deal/ppRepresent Paul Davis in the market with confidence and professionalism/ppStay highly visible with consistent in-person visits and follow-up/ppTrack all activity and pipeline in CRM/ppHit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets/ppTrue hunter mentalityyou dont wait for opportunities, you create them/ppHighly competitive and driven by hitting goals and winning/ppConfident communicator who can influence and close/ppResilienthandles rejection and keeps pushing forward/ppStrong sense of urgency and follow-through/ppComfortable being in the field every day and building relationships face-to-face/ppSelf-managed and accountable for results/pp2+ years of outside sales or business development experience/ppProven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals/ppExperience in restoration, construction, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus/ppCRM and Microsoft Office proficiency/ppValid drivers license/ppField-based, high-activity role/ppDaily prospecting, drop-ins, and client meetings/ppOccasional evenings and networking events/ppCompensation: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year/ppSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
