We are seeking a talented and creative Motion & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will create high-quality visual content across all mediums while bringing a marketing-minded perspective to their work, understanding audience, intent, and impact, not just execution. This role supports brand storytelling, campaigns, and digital presence through thoughtful, effective creative. Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and visual assets across multiple mediums, including digital, social, web, campaigns, and brand initiatives. Apply a marketing mindset to creative execution, ensuring visuals are designed with audience, purpose, and channel context in mind Adapt creative concepts across formats and mediums while maintaining cohesive brand storytelling Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines. Contribute to early-stage concepting and campaign development, not just final production Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to develop creative concepts and execute projects from start to finish. Edit and enhance video content, incorporating animation, transitions, sound, and special effects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Video Animator and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills. Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative ideas effectively. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:
Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D). Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design. Familiarity with video production processes and equipment. Physical Requirements:
Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area. Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer. Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs. Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information - The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess - The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Benefits and Perks:
