Build financial models supporting long-term strategy, scenario planning, and executive decision-making. Lead investor relations preparation—creating board decks, executive presentations, and narrative insights. Develop and evaluate pricing scenarios across multiple business models. Lead the short-term budgeting process and track performance, milestones, and deviations. Implement rolling quarterly forecasts and actively manage forecast versions. Analyze financial and operational data to provide leadership with actionable insights. Scope, lead, and execute financial analyses supporting long-range initiatives and strategic projects. Partner cross-functionally with C‑suite, product, sales, and operations teams. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or strategic finance. Outstanding Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with GSuite. Experience with Tableau for reporting preferred. Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools or software. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Experience supporting or working with senior executives. A self‑directed mindset with a passion for operational excellence and revenue growth. $200,000 - $230,000 annually, +20% bonus + equity Benefits
