About

Technical Business Analyst Under general supervision, the Technical Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between the business community, the technical development and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Leads requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable actionable.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or requirements workshops.
Communicates (verbal and written) with business units that rely on that information to define system requirements or organizational processes.
Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
Effectively communicate relevant information to management.
Review and/or prepare system documentation and specifications in accordance with methodology.
Collaborates with internal teams.
Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Facilitates requirements prioritization based on business value.
Manages requirements traceability information and tracks requirements status throughout the project.
Manages changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools.
Balances technology and business issues as well as communicates appropriately with both technology and business experts.
Completes all required training applicable to this position.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance, a core function of this position.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 4 years of experience working with technology in supporting a business environment.
Ability to think analytically and solve complex business process problems, documenting results.
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner across functional and technical departments.
Capacity to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
Process‑oriented mindset with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through in an ever‑changing work environment.
Energetic, driven, and committed to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure.
Develops user stories, workflows, use case diagrams, functional requirement documentation, and other analysis‑type documentation.
Creates test scenarios and test cases, and performs testing activities to assess the quality and completion of system implementations.
Strong understanding of SQL, data mapping, and Electronic Data Interface (EDI).
Experience with MSSQL and MSTFS (Team Foundation Software).
Benefits
Expected pay range: $50,056 - $75,020 per year.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Requires remaining in a stationary position at a workstation for most of the day, with constant use of hands and fingers for typing and operating a computer and other office equipment.
Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of items weighing up to 15 pounds may be required.
Close visual acuity is needed to read, analyze data, and view a computer terminal for extended periods.
Workplace is a professional office environment, well‑lit, climate controlled, with low to moderate noise levels and moderate interruptions.
