Base pay range $120,000 - $145,000 per year
Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Development:
Leverage industry resources, business journals, annual reports, competitor offerings, and vertical market insights to identify new business opportunities. Develop and execute a detailed sales strategy to acquire new chain accounts and affiliated operators aligned with assigned revenue goals.
Sales Pipeline & Forecasting Management:
Manage the end‑to‑end sales process within Salesforce, including opportunity tracking, pipeline development, accurate forecasting, and funnel management. Understand client strategies and decision‑making processes to drive conversion and retention.
Client Engagement & Representation:
Serve as a knowledgeable representative of the company’s products and services. Translate consumer insights into compelling value propositions that address customer needs and challenges.
Presentation & Business Review Delivery:
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to inform clients of new capabilities, performance metrics, product updates, and strategic recommendations—proactively addressing client concerns.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Execute a high‑volume outreach strategy using cold calling, phone campaigns, and email communications to identify and qualify new sales opportunities, continually feeding a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Playbook Optimization:
Identify and share best practices to refine the company’s lead generation and sales development playbook, ensuring efficient and scalable outreach.
Reporting & Communication:
Report to the Vice President of Sales with consistent updates on weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities, pipeline progress, and business results via Salesforce dashboards and summaries.

Education or Formal Training
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Certifications
No certifications required for this position.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience.
Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.
Travel Requirements
50%+ travel.
