About

The Development Director will lead HIH’s multi-year fundraising program, along with working in partnership with the Executive Director to create and implement a comprehensive fundraising program including institutional, major gifts, events, and membership. Please submit (1) your resume, (2) a cover letter stating why you think you are a good match for this position, and why you want to work with Hand in Hand specifically, and (3) 2 writing samples - one that demonstrates ability to engage in institutional fundraising and one that demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with major donors.
