On behalf of our client, we are hiring a
Business Development Manager
to support their latest high-growth technology project. Our client is a leading technology-driven organization with a strong reputation for delivering innovative digital solutions across multiple regions. Joining the team as a Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind a specialized project building the infrastructure layer for brand performance in the AI-native web. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from strategizing market entry to closing deals with high-profile global accounts, ensuring brands excel in the evolving landscape of AI search and generative engines. Key Responsibilities
Design and execute high-impact sales strategies to penetrate the US/EU markets and achieve ambitious revenue targets. Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor on AI visibility and performance. Build and optimize the sales infrastructure, including CRM management, sales pipelines, and standardized operational documentation. Monitor global market trends and competitor movements to provide actionable insights for product and business strategy refinement. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. At least
4 years of proven experience
in Business Development or Sales, with a strong preference for the
SaaS industry . In-depth understanding of
US/EU business culture
and market dynamics. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data-driven sales operations. Professional English proficiency
with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. A "Hunter" mindset: proactive, self-motivated, and relentlessly target-driven.
