Intermediate proficiency in applying UI/UX design principles to build user‑friendly, accessible, and responsive front‑end applications.
Advanced proficiency in end‑to‑end API integration involving authentication flows, data transformation, and real‑time interaction within full‑stack applications.
Full engagement in Agile ceremonies, including product backlog refinement, cross‑functional sprint cycles, and feature delivery reviews aligned to product roadmaps.
Advanced debugging proficiency across front‑end, back‑end, and infrastructure layers, with capability to resolve high‑impact production issues and coordinate hotfix releases.
Expected to contribute to knowledge transfer programs, workshops, and cross‑departmental collaborations.
Ability to work within agile development environments, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to regular team stand‑ups.
Advanced full‑stack optimization expertise, involving front‑end responsiveness, back‑end processing efficiency, database query optimization, and overall application throughput.
Continuous awareness of evolving web development frameworks, backend technologies, and DevOps pipelines to drive innovation in application delivery.
Expected to contribute to documentation, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and application handover briefings.
Availability to work standard office hours with flexibility to support release cycles, urgent bug fixes, or institutional events during non‑standard hours when required.
Participation in technical meetings, stakeholder workshops, and development roadmap planning.
Adherence to institutional cybersecurity policies, privacy standards, and continuous improvement initiatives related to application performance and user experience.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
