Responsibilities
Provides support in collection and organizing information required for preparation of user manual, training materials, installation guides, proposals and reports.
Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports or any other customer deliverables and documents.
Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks.
Under general supervision, responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation procedures and methods. Maintains a current internal documentation library.
Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.
Required Qualifications
Non‑Sensitive Tier 1 / NACI
At least five (5) years of experience.
Must have experience with MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, PowerPoint.
Expert experience assisting with creation, maintenance, and analysis of technical documentation and information, including presentations and reports, involving document assembly, editing, and related administrative and financial support.
Proficiency in organizational change management standards.
Proficiency in IT project management experience using various Microsoft and graphic tools.
Ability to create, critique, and update programmatic briefings and ghost emails for consumption by senior management.
Change agent with the ability to implement strategies to affect change and guide teams to adapt change. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with focus on strong visual communication skills to convey complex concepts via graphic designs.
Creative, strategic thinker, and self‑starter with ability to solve complex programmatic problems.
Ability to multi‑task, deconflict priorities, and be accountable for all assigned projects/tasks under broad guidance.

Work schedule: Day shift Monday–Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
Amount of Travel: Less than 10%
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to grip, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds.
The employee is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; and up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
