Sales Associate

WashYourWayRVA, Richmond's premier car wash, is taking applications for both full- (preferred) and part-time Front End/Sales Associates. This is an important role at WashYourWayRVA as the associate is responsible for monitoring incoming traffic, greeting customers, outlining menu options, tendering transactions, selling and managing unlimited membership plans, executing on extra sale and 'up-sell' opportunities, and prepping/sending vehicles. This position requires friendly customer interaction and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No experience necessary; WashYourWayRVA provides complete training. The position pays hourly plus commission on sales. Advancement opportunities and additional compensation can be available based on performance and availability.
