7+ Months Job Description We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Agentforce AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of Salesforce development and administration experience along with hands-on expertise in building scalable Salesforce applications and AI agents. Required Skills Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification – Mandatory Agentforce Specialist Certification – Mandatory Experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC, Workflows, Validation Rules, Dashboards, and Custom Objects Strong programming skills in Apex, Java, and JavaScript Experience with Force.com IDE, ANT, Apex Data Loader, and AutoRABIT Agile/SAFe methodology experience Strong communication and offshore coordination skills Roles & Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce Build and support Agentforce AI agents and automation solutions Configure workflows, dashboards, approval processes, and security roles Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and offshore developers Perform code deployments, troubleshooting, and system enhancements Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow Salesforce best practices Support integrations and automation initiatives across Salesforce platforms
