Weekend Supervisor - Douglas Court Shopping Centre, Cork Role Overview: Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is responsible for assisting in the Weekend running of our Douglas Store. Role Synopsis: As a Store Supervisor your primary responsibilities are to motivate and lead the team in contributing to the overall achievement of the stores KPIs. You will be tasked with building on team motivation and development in order to achieve store objectives. The successful candidate will lead by example and deputise in Store Management absence as required. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, coupled with the ability to display strong leadership and team development skills. The individual will have gained an excellent knowledge of retail sales operations and have a track record of promoting superior customer service through product availability, store presentation and personal service. Candidate Profile: Excellent relationship building skills People management and leadership capabilities Goal oriented and self-motivated Exceptional time management and organisational skills A problem solver with a drive for prompt resolution Strong numeracy and communication skills Proficient in MS Office applications Skills: Retail Management Staff Supervision Merchandising Benefits: Staff Discounts Pension Fund Paid Holidays
