divh2Maintenance Sales Representative/h2pIndoor Environmental Services (IES) is expanding its commercial sales group and is seeking additional Maintenance Sales Representatives to support continued growth across Northern California. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial HVAC services and maintenance business within assigned territories./ppThe ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a consultative sales approach, strong business insight, and the ability to build trusted relationships with commercial decision-makers. This role requires a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, who can work independently from a remote location when needed, and sets ambitious goals for themselves./ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliDevelop new business opportunities for commercial HVAC maintenance and service work/liliIdentify and engage key decision-makers within commercial and industrial facilities/liliConduct structured, consultative sales meetings to understand customer operational needs/liliPresent and recommend customized HVAC service and maintenance solutions/liliManage prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity progression/liliMaintain accurate activity and opportunity records within a CRM and use reporting tools/liliCollaborate with internal operations and service teams to ensure successful customer onboarding/liliTravel locally to customer and prospect sites as required/li/ulpstrongSchedule:/strong/ppFull-Time, Exempt/ppMonday to Friday/ppstrongCompensation package:/strong/pp$60,000 - $80,000+ per year/ppBase W-2 salary supplemented by uncapped commission opportunities/ppstrongBenefits:/strong/ppFlexible Schedule, Paid time off, and paid training/ppProfessional development assistance/pp401(k) plan with company matching safe harbor contribution/ppComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance/ppHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options/ppLife insurance and Employee Assistance Program/ppVehicle Allowance and gas card/ppstrongRequired Qualifications:/strong/ppDemonstrated success in business development, outside sales, or new account acquisition/ppStrong prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship development capabilities/ppProfessional communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders and decision-makers/ppHigh level of organization, accountability, adaptability and time management/ppAbility to work independently while aligning with corporate objectives/ppProficiency with standard business technology, Microsoft products, and CRM platforms/ppStrong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to prospect and manage the entire sales cycle/ppstrongPreferred (Not Required) Qualifications:/strong/ppExperience selling commercial HVAC maintenance agreements or mechanical solutions/ppPrior outside sales experience in a competitive B2B environment/ppFamiliarity with commercial real estate, property management, or facility operations/ppPrior experience with outside sales fields such as solar, insurance, pest control, or uniform services/ppstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/ppAbility to stand and walk for extended periods while conducting in-person meetings, climb onto building rooftops, and survey mechanical equipment/ppCapacity to lift and transport marketing materials or presentation equipment, which typically ranges from 15 to 50 lbs./ppFlexibility to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and twist./ppStamina to manage extensive daily driving to visit various client sites within your territory/ppstrongAdditional Requirements:/strong/ppValid drivers license (required as an essential function of the work being performed)/ppIn-person work with split office and field responsibilities.
