Senior Project Manager Permanent Hybrid Location: South Dublin Key responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day delivery of complex, multi-phase Agile IT and Business Change initiatives leading teams of internal staff, contractors, and external vendors Drive projects from initial concept through to completion, covering definition, planning, requirements capture, testing cycles (including SIT and UAT), go-live, and post-implementation handover Produce and manage structured delivery plans, ensuring all activities align with agreed timelines, financial targets, and quality expectations Provide clear visibility of project health by monitoring progress against milestones, highlighting dependencies, and communicating updates to key stakeholders and senior management Anticipate potential challenges, actively manage risks and issues, and escalate where appropriate to maintain delivery confidence Choose and adapt delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Lean) to suit the scale, complexity, and context of each initiative Engage effectively across stakeholder groups, aligning priorities, managing expectations, and helping the business prepare for and adopt change Maintain governance standards, ensure documentation is accurate and up to date, define quality measures, and coordinate external supplier engagement when necessary Essential skills and Experience: Extensive experience delivering technology and business change initiatives, particularly within complex programmes spanning multiple locations Strong delivery background within Agile environments, with a consistent record of successful project outcomes Experience implementing complex, cross-functional technology solutions, particularly within environments that include legacy systems Solid appreciation of product and design principles, ideally with experience collaborating directly with product managers or design teams Highly driven and capable of operating independently, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results on complex assignments without close supervision Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills Understanding of Business Analysis practices (Please apply with your CV in Word (preferred) for PDF format.
