Edit short-form performance videos for paid social Adapt creatives based on performance insights and feedback Produce variations for testing hooks, angles, and formats Collaborate with media buyers and creative strategists Optimise videos for platform-specific best practices Requirements
Proven experience creating performance-focused video creatives Strong understanding of direct-response marketing Experience editing ads for Meta and TikTok Fast turnaround and ability to iterate quickly Familiarity with testing frameworks and creative optimisation
