Job Type: Full-Time Remote Time Zone: US Hours Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership across five distinct businesses, primarily within CPG and eCommerce. This is a fast-paced, high-intensity role for someone who thrives under pressure, thinks several steps ahead, and operates as a true extension of the executive team. The ideal candidate is a master organizer, elite communicator, and execution powerhouse—capable of managing competing priorities, protecting executive time, and keeping multiple businesses moving forward with precision and urgency. Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
Provide high-level administrative and operational support across multiple businesses simultaneously Anticipate executive needs, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues before they escalate Act as a trusted gatekeeper and extension of senior leadership Calendar, Inbox & Communication Management
Own complex inbox management, including prioritization, drafting responses, follow-ups, and maintaining inbox zero Manage scheduling across multiple businesses, time zones, and stakeholders Handle internal and external communications with clarity, professionalism, and urgency Operations & Execution
Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across all businesses Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution Prepare documents, summaries, presentations, and reports with exceptional attention to detail High-Intensity Workflow Management
Manage a high volume of tasks and rapidly shifting priorities without dropping the ball Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Execute quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership Prior experience in CPG and/or eCommerce environments Demonstrated ability to support multiple executives or businesses simultaneously Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Expert-level email and calendar management Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies instantly Strong multitasking and execution skills in high-demand environments Calm, focused, and reliable under high expectations and tight deadlines
