The Business Operations intern will report to the Head of Business Operations and will help to tackle the company's most critical opportunities and challenges. This team shapes strategies, identifies growth opportunities, and keeps the organization aligned. We’re looking for a first-year MBA student with prior experience in strategy consulting, operations, startups and/or high-growth tech/fintech environments. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This role requires both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, with the team shifting between long-term planning and driving results based on business needs. Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to solve the company's highest-priority strategic and operational challenges Support the development of multi-year plans, growth initiatives, and company-wide priorities Conduct financial and operational analyses to inform key business decisions Track and drive execution across cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and accountability Build materials and presentations for executive and leadership audiences Qualifications
You've completed your first-year as an MBA student with prior experience in strategy consulting, operations, or a startup, high-growth tech, or fintech environment A structured problem-solver who can break down complex, ambiguous challenges and develop clear recommendations Analytically strong, with experience in financial modeling and operational analysis An effective communicator with the executive presence to engage senior stakeholders confidently A self-starter who takes ownership of projects from start to finish A collaborative team player who can work across functions and bring people together around a shared goal Business-savvy, with a genuine interest in how companies grow and operate Internship Perks & Benefits
