The Role Own financial planning, unit economics, and data-driven decision making. Help us grow 3x while optimizing costs and maintaining healthy margins.
What You'll Do
Analyze profitability by product, market, channel
Optimize cost structure (currently 47-49% product costs → target 30-33%)
Track & report key metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, margins)
Support international expansion (pricing strategy, VAT compliance, local costs)
Partner pricing & packaging analysis
Cash flow management & forecasting
Board reporting & investor materials
Requirements
3+ years as Financial Analyst (SaaS or EdTech preferred)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets & financial modeling
Experience with unit economics & SaaS metrics
Data analysis tools (SQL is a plus)
Comfortable with fast-paced startup environment
English fluent (international business)
Nice to Have
EdTech or subscription business experience
International expansion finance (multi-currency, VAT)
Experience with HubSpot, Stripe, payment processors
FP&A background
Russian language (for team communication)
