is a globally‑traded healthcare services organization focusing on expanding office‑based interventional care. We are launching state‑of‑the‑art Office‑Based Labs (OBL’s) across the Midwest and seek a leader to design, launch, and operationalize new sites. Position Summary
The Director of OBL Development leads end‑to‑end development of new Office‑Based Laboratories, guiding projects from concept through go‑live. The role coordinates clinical, operational, regulatory, and infrastructure elements required for successful site launch and supports C’U’s strategic growth. Key Responsibilities
Conduct feasibility and pro‑forma analysis with finance; recommend go/no‑go and phasing; evaluate market opportunities, referral patterns, and case mix potential. Lead the project development lifecycle from concept through site launch. Develop and execute project plans covering facility design & construction, medical equipment and implant selection, IT systems & infrastructure, and integration with existing clinic HER and billing platforms. Coordinate preparation for all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements, including state approvals, Medicare certification, and payer enrollment; ensure operational readiness for regulatory surveys and compliance standards. Develop patient scheduling and access workflows; set up coding and billing processes; manage inventory and vendors. Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reporting; track early‑stage performance metrics (financial performance, quality and operational indicators); monitor performance during the first 12–24 months of operations and adjust operational strategy as needed. Qualifications
Prior experience launching or developing a procedural healthcare site, such as an Office‑Based Laboratory, Ambulatory Surgery Center, or Cardiac catheterization lab. Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross functional teams (clinical, facilities, revenue cycle, IT). Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functioning teams. Familiarity with Medicare certification and healthcare regulatory processes. Experience working within growth‑stage healthcare organizations or MSO platforms. Salary and Benefits
