If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!**WHAT YOU’LL DO:**Our engineering team is hiring a staff-level engineer who combines strong technical skills with a “can-do” attitude, who continuously thinks about quality and modern engineering practices.
The most qualified candidates will exhibit the following competencies and work attributes:1. Quality-Driven Engineering* Thinks about testing, reliability, and quality early in the development lifecycle.* Advocates for automated testing, strong observability, and resilient design.* Helps catch issues earlier through tooling, process, and engineering discipline.2. Automated Testing Expertise* Deep experience with unit, integration and end-to-end testing strategies.* Builds and maintains high-quality CI/CD pipeline.* Drives maintainable, well-tested code and modern development practices.3. AI/ML Awareness* Comfortable exploring AI-assisted development, integrating AI services, or using AI for automation, data quality, or governance.* Can evaluate AI tools for practical impact.4. Leadership & Mentorship* Guides and mentors’ engineers across levels, promoting best practices.* Influences architecture and technical strategy while staying pragmatic and solutions focused.5.
