About
Core Responsibilities Personal Life Administration – manage personal logistics including appointments, memberships, billing, and subscriptions; maintain and proactively manage personal calendars; act as an accountability partner for routines and personal goals; research and recommend products, services, and tools that improve daily life.
Travel Planning and Logistics – plan and book flights, hotels, and dining using optimal options (points, miles, or cash); create detailed and thoughtful travel itineraries; coordinate schedules with partners and manage all travel logistics end-to-end; handle last-minute changes efficiently with minimal disruption.
Relationship & Social Calendar Management – maintain a personal CRM for relationships with friends, family, and contacts; coordinate and send thoughtful gifts for important occasions; manage and organize social schedules and events; plan meaningful gatherings and experiences.
Research & Special Projects – conduct in-depth research across lifestyle, travel, and service categories; provide structured, opinionated recommendations with clear reasoning; support ad-hoc personal projects requiring initiative and creativity; identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using technology.
Communication & Coordination – manage inbound personal communications and prioritize responses; draft correspondence, notes, and follow-ups; coordinate with vendors and third parties to ensure execution.
Qualifications Must-Haves (Required)
3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making
Familiarity with US travel, hospitality, and lifestyle standards
High level of reliability, responsiveness, and follow-through
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and dedicated workspace
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or senior executives
Familiarity with travel rewards programs (points, miles, loyalty systems)
Experience managing personal CRM or relationship tracking systems
Background in startup or high-growth environments
Experience using AI tools for task automation
