About
Base Pay Range $170,000.00 – $220,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities
Influence engineering team strategy and product architecture.
Create technical specifications for upcoming features.
Oversee engineering grooming sessions and delegate feature development estimations.
Mentor upcoming engineers.
Develop new features for the product.
Participate in code review processes.
Engage in design reviews, product retrospectives, and other team ceremonies.
Conduct technical interviews with candidates.
Qualifications
5+ years of software development experience focusing on full‑stack web development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts and decisions.
Desire to contribute to the growth of the product, team, and direction of Prompt Therapy Solutions Inc.
A working knowledge of the technologies listed below.
Enterprise engineering experience preferred.
MVC architecture experience preferred.
Technology
Working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL or equivalent (Ruby, Node.js, React, Angular, Ember, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.).
Heavy code contribution role; engineering manager positions not being accepted at this time.
