What You’ll Do
Work in a fast-paced 3rd‑party collections environment handling inbound and outbound calls
Help customers resolve past‑due accounts and set up payment solutions
Use strong communication and negotiation skills to drive results
Stay compliant with FDCPA and state regulations
Hit performance goals tied to bonus earnings
What You Bring
6+ months of experience in collections, sales, or customer service
Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and incentives
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Reliability, drive, and a results‑oriented mindset
