BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services from regulated cold storage. Since 2013, BitGo serves thousands of institutions and millions of retail investors worldwide. This role will require being full-time onsite at our New York City office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving. We are expanding our team with a Business Development Representative based onsite in New York reporting to our Managing Director, Head of Institutional Sales. This is an individual contributor role focused on hunting for new leads and identifying qualified opportunities for our Sales team. Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential leads through channels such as professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events, and cold outreach. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align initiatives and develop target lists, campaigns, and other strategies for engaging with prospects. Qualify leads as sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the Sales team. Capture lead information and interactions in Salesforce and maintain a high standard of CRM hygiene. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in digital assets, financial services, fintech or SaaS. Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity about new concepts such as protocols, tokens, staking, NFTs. Agility and appetite for learning new products/technology in a fast-developing environment. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce. Critical thinking, open communication, and ownership mentality. Benefits
