experience. 5years developing training materials, performing analysis/reporting, and applying systems‑life‑cycle management. 5years with Agile/Scrum, COTS support, multi‑tiered database work, scripting, debugging, deployment, and coordination of technical teams. 3years covering architecture, design, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of IT systems/applications (including discovery, administration and sustainment). 3years analyzing and resolving bugs and production incidents for medium‑/large‑scale applications
