Responsibilities
Help update product catalogs and coordinate pricing
Perform basic market research and monitor trends
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate account records
Work closely with internal teams to support customer-facing operations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable using spreadsheets, documents, and other digital tools (e.g., Excel, Google Docs)
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Previous sales or retail experience is a plus but not required
