Overview We are seeking an Quality Manager to join our team supporting Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM). Responsibilities
Oversee execution of QA/QC plans, internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews.
Validate all CDRLs for compliance with timeliness, formatting, content, accuracy, and required contractual elements.
Maintain quality checklists, audit records, review logs, and supporting documentation.
Identify quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
Monitor quality‑related compliance areas, including ISO practices, CMMC‑related documentation quality, and FIAR‑aligned audit readiness.
Perform trend analysis on recurring issues, systemic risks, and quality deviations.
Support PMO and functional teams by reviewing draft deliverables, engineering documents, operational reports, and process artifacts.
Ensure quality governance repositories (SharePoint/Teams) are maintained, current, and version‑controlled.
Coordinate with PM, Change Manager, Deployment teams, Core Engineering, and Operations to ensure consistent adherence to quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience with program and/or project quality management.
Familiarity with DoD inspection, acceptance, and verification processes.
Experience with QA/QC frameworks, including ISO‑aligned processes and CMMC‑related compliance activities.
Understanding of DoD audit and accountability expectations, including FIAR‑related quality requirements.
Experience performing quality reviews of technical deliverables such as reports, CDRLs, engineering artifacts, and operational documentation.
Strong skills in documentation control, process audit, and corrective/preventive action management.
Ability to work across PMO, engineering, operations, and field teams to enforce quality standards and resolve discrepancies.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with DoD inspection, acceptance, and verification processes.

Certifications
CISA, CCP, or equivalent preferred.
Work Authorization & Security Clearance U.S. Citizen. Active Secret clearance.
Work Environment & Physical Demands Location: Remote. Candidates must reside in one of the approved hiring states. Work schedule: Monday–Friday day shift, occasional evenings and weekends. Travel: less than 25%. Physical demands: regular use of hands, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
