Production Planner Food Manufacturing Dublin Full-Time | Permanent Hybrid considered after probation Overview An established food manufacturing business is looking to hire a Production Planner to join their fast-paced operations team. This is a key role responsible for building and managing daily production plans, ensuring efficient use of labour, materials, and factory capacity while maintaining strong service levels and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage daily production schedules aligned with demand and operational priorities Optimise production sequencing to reduce downtime and changeovers Monitor production and adjust plans in real-time to meet business needs Ensure availability of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging Maintain accurate planning data, schedules, and system records Contribute to continuous improvement across planning and operations Key Requirements Previous experience in a Production Planning role (FMCG / food manufacturing preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving ability High attention to detail and analytical mindset Strong Excel skills Working Hours Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Package Competitive salary 20 days annual leave + statutory KPI bonus + attendance bonus Hybrid working considered after probation Career progression opportunities Employee Assistance Programme Apply Now If you're a detail-driven planner who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
