About
Clinical Supervisor
to provide high-quality supervision, clinical oversight, mentorship, and values‑driven leadership to our growing team of clinicians. This role supports both the clinical quality of the practice and Honest Hour’s presence in the community.
The Clinical Supervisor will maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 20–22 clients per week, while also providing weekly supervision to LMSWs and supporting clinical quality across the practice.
You will balance your clinical work, supervision responsibilities, and light leadership tasks in close collaboration with Honest Hour’s CEO and administrative team. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing both clinical work and supervisory duties as part of a hybrid clinician‑supervisor position. This is a remote position with flexible hours, strong administrative support, and a highly collaborative environment.
We use a differentiated compensation model: one rate for clinical work, one for supervision, and one for admin/leadership.
Compensation:
$60 - $70 hourly
