Help ensure clarity, consistency, and confidence across critical banking experiences. Write and refine UX copy across converted online banking experiences (labels, instructions, system messaging, confirmations, error states) Collaborate closely with designers to integrate content in workflows Adapt vendor provided language to improve clarity and reduce confusion Apply voice and tone standards consistently across the converted experience Support content audits and updates tied to platform and feature changes Participate in reviews, usability testing, and iterative refinement Help reduce user friction and support trust during the conversion Strong understanding of user centered content for transactional flows Experience collaborating directly in design tools such as Figma Ability to balance usability, brand voice, and compliance considerations Excellent writing, editing, and cross functional communication skills Experience writing for third party or white labeled platforms Familiarity with the Q2 digital banking platform Financial services, fintech, or regulated industry experience Service design or end to end journey experience Experience supporting platform migrations or conversions
